How are the items engraved?
We offer both laser engraving and diamond tip engraving across our collections, depending on the product material and design. Our laser engraving uses a focused beam for precise detail and a graphite finish, while our diamond tip method delicately etches the surface, creating a polished metallic result.
Which materials can we engrave?
We can engrave sterling silver, 9ct gold, stainless steel, and leather. Laser engraving is suitable for all, while diamond tip engraving is reserved for silver and gold pieces where the design allows.
What laser font styles do you offer?
We offer fonts such as Odstemplik, Roustel, Oranienbaum, Rockwell, and Em One, each chosen for precision and clarity. A live preview of your chosen font appears online before checkout.
What diamond tip font styles do you offer?
Our diamond tip engraving includes Avant Garde, Rockwell, Scriptrund, and Babyscript fonts, designed for a refined and traditional finish. Font previews are visible online before placing your order.
Are there character limitations?
Each product has a set character limit based on the engravable area. The system automatically ensures your message fits perfectly without compromising readability.
What is the price of your engraving service?
Engraving is completely free on all orders. For bespoke requests such as handwriting or artwork, please contact our customer service team for details.
How long does engraving take?
Please allow up to 5 working days for engraving and despatch. Each piece is carefully finished in-house by our team.
What happens if there is an engraving error?
If an engraving error occurs due to our mistake, we will arrange a replacement. Please double check all details before confirming your order, as we cannot replace items engraved with incorrect customer provided information.
